If you want respect, stop trying to look impressive and start becoming useful under pressure. Solve the problem, carry the weight, reduce confusion, and make life easier for the people who depend on you. The man who consistently creates order becomes valuable without needing to announce it.

@irfan_razack @indianbanknotes this is not ending till your senior projects lead inspects my flat and looks into all asthetic and quality deviations from scratch, your team has justification for almost everything while giving differential product finish to customers. Fix this at the earliest please

Game theory explains why people become defensive when you improve yourself visibly. Your growth changes the comparison environment around them. Sometimes you will purge all your knowings only to discover what the universe is finally trying to teach you and show you in your deepest solitude and crisis- as if it is by god’s wilful design that you are meant to do the deal all alone- experience the grind all alone, reap the harvest all alone, witness your evolution all alone

I’m convinced that everyone should take a big swing at some point in their life and experience what it’s like to truly go all in on a meaningful pursuit otherwise they grow bitter with age.

Confidence is built by reducing choices. Too many options create negotiation, and negotiation creates delay, and delay creates self-disgust. Structure your day, remove the easy exits, and make the work automatic.

A man’s character appears clearly when he has options. Scarcity makes people behave well out of necessity, abundance reveals what they choose when they can do anything. Build enough competence and resources to choose freely, then hold yourself to a standard that does not change with mood.

Because these influencers are paid by builders to promote them at cost of ours and investor money. The CP nexus is pathetic- everyone is there to mint money with fraudulent sales. There should be strict penalties of builders who compromise on quality but this sector far away from the scrutiny of regulators. Everyone up the chain is fed enough to shut up and fool customers- and customers eventually give up and compromise on everything

@rubonbanerjee @prestigegroup Tile, carpentry contractor + Bimaru migrant workers have clearly done shoddy work hand in glove. Looks more of a hit job as these poor workmanship clearly cannot escape QC checks unless a layer of people are involved.

@rubonbanerjee @prestigegroup There is inherent problem of inconsistent quality in new development, it seems some units are delivered with substandard quality, some are good quality in same building. Same was observed in all nearby project in Mulund.

All they have is a decked up the lobby & clubhouse for sales pitch- the project is just an abandoned building at this stage which most units going on rentals - the builder has no interest in fixing liveability and quality issues jn the flats, and further they threaten customers who tend to professionally voice out grievances- several emails have gone to management for meetings but none have showed up

@dattapatkar2503 @prestigegroup We invested with a lot of hope given their standards in Bangalore and this is someone hard earned money- they have no respect for customer’s financial planning, the current quality of stuff requires severe re-investment which is a shame

@rubonbanerjee @prestigegroup Group like Prestige or others lure customers with big lobby and fancy sales team. It always better to go for ready flat or used flat... We know what we actually get.

This is the condition of the flat under 1 week of moving in, and on repeated ask to fix it and replace poor faulty defective items - they resort to customer blame game, instead of genuinely showing up and fixing things @indianbanknotes @irfan_razack, mulund projects are totally compromised
