Impostor syndrome is not a clue that you're unqualified. It's a sign of hidden potential.
When you think others are overestimating you, it's more likely that you're underestimating yourself.
They have an outside view. They see capacity for growth that's not yet visible to you.
When an interviewer asks you if you are "self-motivated", tell them it's a lot of hogwash. There is nothing called self-motivation.
What u r looking for is "self -disciplined" - the thing that makes you turn up and do your thing even when motivation is absent.

I usually don't share my personal life here, but not acknowledging this did not feel right.
My mom, who had been battling blood cancer for almost a year, passed away on 12th Sept'23.
When I hear people complaining about 9 to 5 work hours, I wonder where they work....and how I can get their job....just imagine the sheer luxury of leaving the office at 5pm!!

Setting boundaries is not a display of disrespect. It’s an act of self-respect.
In toxic relationships, people can’t take no for an answer. They feel entitled to ignore your limits.
In healthy relationships, people don’t just accept your boundaries. They help you maintain them.
