@MediBuddyapp @MediBuddyIndia I ported the medical insurance from corporate to personal, and I was told I will get same benefits except health checkup, and for the first year, medibuddy gold worked fine for me and my parents. In second year of renewal, it stopped working (1/2).

They delayed the product because one product wasn't available? Just cancel it and refund the money and deliver the rest of the items? Or atleast inform the customer so that they can cancel the order? And why delivery guy can't just mark unavailable products and issue refund?

@ZeptoNow Placed the order at 10:17 pm, received at 11:25 pm. Delayed by 50 min. And one product is missing, delivery guy told me to raise it in support, I raised it, now they are asking me to send an email. What is going on with zepto support? This was my last zepto order.

I don't understand how they can sell such low quality products at such a high price. It's clearly mentioned that buy one size smaller and machine wash. Nowhere it's mentioned that it will shrink after washing. Paid 1400 for a product worth 100 rupee! @thesouledstore

Bought this shirt from souled store app, washed it yesterday for the first time, in cold setting. It has completely shrunk and it can't be used. Fabric is also very hard and creasy. And they recommend you to buy smaller size than usual! @thesouledstore @souled_the1362
