@ServiceCanada_E your Prince George, BC office is understaffed to an almost comical degree. Wait time right now is ~1hour and only one kiosk has staff accepting humans. There are 7 kiosks.

@PassportCan Those of us requiring urgent service have been told that once we reach the wait for agents - it’ll go by priority. People being served in front of me now are flying out next week… my flight is tomorrow, 6am.
Currently in Kafka-esque nightmare: trying to get my passport. Slept in front of @sinclaircentre since 10:36 last night. Have now been standing in the “24 hour travel urgent” line for 2.5 hours with no movement. Passport application date: April 07. @PassportCan@JustinTrudeau
@Ownedbyagirl84@sinclaircentre@PassportCan@JustinTrudeau It’s a nightmare. There are multiple lines, but none of the workers are communicating with us. I am supposedly in an urgent line but NOT ONE PERSON from my line has been permitted entry. Since 8:30am. The non urgent lines have been slowly moving. @PassportCan@JustinTrudeau
Hey there @PassportCan - can you please check in the the @sinclaircentre passport office? Are they OK? I’ve been standing in the same spot for almost 3 hours and I’m in the urgent line with a flight tomorrow morning…. Maybe they need help? @JustinTrudeau
@j_mcelroy I think that’s a bit smug… the government consulted with the public over many years came up with a plan to execute. The media called foul over the price. What more can you expect of a government. Of course the museum would be cheaper in Nanaimo…..
Between the review of the museum's mandate, change of the CEO, abrupt closing of the 3rd floor, announcing a new building, and now apologizing and putting everything on hold, it's very unclear how the B.C. government sees the museum and what story it wants to tell.
