Finger up its butt .. hate to say this but it needs to be taught to all dog owners. If a dog has your dog and wont let go let go of your dog let it defend itself your stopping it from being able to flee or defend itself. Go grab the attacking dog. If its still got your dog in a bite put a finger up its butt then drag and hold the dog until its owners come and control it. They should teach this as standard to all dog owners..
