@Nedumcity_ If you knew SA women you’d not say that rubbish. Nigerians get the bottom of the barrel women. Beautiful SA women are disgusted by Nigerians. 🤞🏾

Why won’t South African men be Xenophobic to Nigerians? Just tell why? Nigerians come to South Africa to carry the most beautiful of their women and these Zulu guys are very angry.

"President Bola Ahmed Tinubu: with 90% of the National Assembly and over 30 of Nigeria’s 36 Governors in the APC, President Tinubu, what are you afraid of? If you are convinced that you have done well for the people who voted for you, why are you afraid of a free, fair, and transparent electoral contest? " - Senator David Mark Ask JFK once warned: "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable" -JFK If the President wanted to be a dictator this badly he should have joined the military and not pretend to fight them. What if Nigerian students could actually sit down with the President and ask real questions? Not filtered. Not political. Just honest conversations about the economy, the struggles, and the decisions affecting our everyday lives. As an accounting student, I see the numbers… but the reality outside is even louder—prices rising, opportunities shrinking, and a lot of young people just trying to figure things out. So on President Tinubu’s 74th birthday, I’ll say this respectfully: I would genuinely value the chance to sit with him for a few minutes—not to criticize, but to understand. To hear directly from the person making these tough decisions, and maybe get clarity on where we’re headed as a country. Because a lot of us are not just watching… we’re living it. Happy Birthday, Your Excellency @officialABAT 🇳🇬 If this reaches the right people, maybe it can actually happen. #Tinubu74 #NewNigeria #Leadership #NigerianYouth #AccountingStudent @DOlusegun @NGRPresident

My dear fellow Nigerians, Today, as I clock another year in the journey of life, I'm filled with joy and gratitude for the opportunity given me to serve this great nation. I want to take this moment to thank Nigerians for their messages, show of love and prayers on the occasion of my 74th birthday. I thank all our citizens for their patriotism, solidarity and support for our administration. To those who have taken space in newspapers or paid for air time on radio and television to wish me well, I thank you immensely. I must thank my wife, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, for her kind and loving words. I also thank Vice President Kashim Shettima for all he said about me. Consistent with my tradition over the years to mark my birthday in line with the mood of the nation each year, I resolved to also observe this year's birthday low key. As I mark this special day, I am reminded of the challenges we've faced since we initiated our reforms. I'm glad that our sacrifices have not been in vain as we can see some glittering light at the end of the tunnel, despite the temporary setback caused by ongoing Middle East crisis. The credit for the positive outcomes we have achieved does not belong solely to me, our Renewed Hope team and to our government. We achieved the gains together. As we march towards the third anniversary of our administration, it is my deepest conviction that we shall succeed in building a brighter future for our citizens and future generations. We are determined to confront some of the challenges we face today, and with your continued support, we shall overcome. Let us continue to work together to build a stronger, prosperous and more resilient nation that will make Nigeria the pride of Africa. Thank you all, and happy 74th birthday to me! Bola Ahmed Tinubu President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

@officialABAT Your Excellency, this is a critical moment that calls for bold and compassionate leadership. A targeted and temporary subsidy will not only ease the suffering of Nigerians but also restore confidence in government responsiveness during times of crisis.

Last week in the United Kingdom, we took important steps to deepen a partnership that has stood the test of time. But this visit was not about history. It was about the future. Trade. Investment. Jobs. Opportunities for our people. From our engagements to the agreements signed, we are building a relationship that delivers real value for Nigerians. Thank you, Your Majesty King Charles III, and the good people of the United Kingdom for the welcome. @Morris_Monye We do not need permanent subsidy from the Govt! Though in times like this where fuel prices are rising due to this avoidable war between Isreal/USA vs Iran. The Govt can subsidize for it citizen to cushion the effect of the sufferings. Deal with Dangote directly for price cut.

There was a time that fuel was N85 per litre in this country Nigeria Global Brent crude price then which was around $99 has not changed much from prices of today. We may have to revisit this issue of subsidy for Nigerians. Nigerians don’t benefit anything from govt. Absolutely nothing. Let subsidy be our benefit. The money that’s claimed to be saved for us Nigerians is still relooted by the same system. Nigerians don’t benefit anything whatsoever. If subsidy wants to be withdrawn, let it be done gradually and there be safety nets for the common man.

@woye1 PBAT should instead subsidized fuel by 50% for thesame 6months. It will reduce the current high cost of living. Payback in crude oil sales to Dangote. This is the kind of situation that should call for subsidies.

Options for Lower Fuel price: livelihoods Improvement & lower food inflation %. 2: FG not Dike-si-Mba1 can lower fuel prices by reducing taxes, levies or providing incentives on crude oil supplied to the Dangote Refinery and other local refineries in consultation with the National Assembly -(a): The President will send an executive bill Reducing the identified taxes for six months. -(b): let us assume the war will last for six months. 3: Direct government intervention on taxes is more SUSTAINABLE than direct consumption SUBSIDIES to keep prices low. 4: President should mandate @NUPRCofficial to implement Section 109 of the PIA 2021 act. -(a): To direct oil companies operating in Nigeria to supply CRUDE OIl to LOCAL REFINERS before EXPORTING. 5: Full implementation of the FEC not Tinubu’s approval to sell CRUDE OIl in NAIRA to local refiners. 6: CONSTRAINTS: Oil majors are acting on “existing contractual obligations to International traders & financing agreements making it difficult to implement Nos 5”. @NUPRCofficial should be forceful to ask for “OPEN BOOKS For VERIFICATION”. Una go catch them. 7: taxes from @nimasaofficial @NUPRCofficial @NMDPRA_Official etc can be reduced. 8: Question: should we ask @NMDPRA_Official to resume issuance of import license on fuel imports? @FinMinNigeria @NGRPresident @NGRSenate @HouseNGR @Senator_Akpabio @Speaker_Abbas @femigbaja @hmokunola_ 9: I am here to learn guys.

For those of you dragging Tiwa Savage for attending a royal dinner, I genuinely want to understand the logic.. Are you saying she should have declined an official invitation tied to a state visit between Nigeria and the British Royal Family?? Cause of what people on the internet will say? Be honest.. if you were in her position, representing your country on that level, would you even DREAM of TURNING iT DOWN??

@ralphlumi @OlurebiOlurebi @Symply_Tacha She was not representing Nigeria, she was there on the invite of the King! Same as Aliko. They are Nigetia friend of the Royal family to witness the occassion. Even if she was part of Nigeria's entourage, it is in her right to decline or not to.

@OlurebiOlurebi @Symply_Tacha It’s a free world. I asked “in what capacity” because she said “representing your country” if you know what purpose she was serving there, please educate me. Then I said; don’t guilt trip people who do not like what you’re doing. Which of these is bitter?

In 2008, plots of land were allocated to 10 Embassies for diplomatic residential purposes and Power Holding Company of Nigeria for a 132/133KV power station. The affected plots located within the Diplomatic Zone, Katampe Extension in the Federal Capital Territory, were allocated to diplomatic missions, including those of Thailand, Bulgaria, Syria, Somalia, Serbia and Montenegro, Japan, Austria, Switzerland, Senegal and the Palestine Liberation Organization. However, a certain property developer took over the land and erected buildings without approval from the Federal Capital Development Authority. Despite repeated warnings, the developer, one Alhaji Kabiru Sahara, kept erecting residential buildings, boasting that NOTHING GO HAPPEN. Now, something has happened! FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has ordered his arrest and demolition of all the buildings. Very soon, we will start hearing noise from Human Rice and Beans Cashtivists and ProtestPrenuers.
