Oil is an old crop year/new crop year market. There's been closed Strait crop failure, inventories functionally depleted/limited current supply regressively allocated by price to the point of declining demand, all fully disconnected by a new crop year/open Strait supply resumption.

@rufusk It's a leftist advocacy organization. The organization explicitly aims to "frustrate and dismantle mass incarceration and systemic discrimination in the criminal legal system." It's involved in litigating against the justice system and favors "decarceration."

@John19621962 @icardo8 Good question. Google says surface tension is independent of material viscosity. That's what I remember from surface physics too. The material wants to be a solid, takes energy to form every bit of surface, so surface area is minimized resulting in a drop.
