It is an indictment of leadership when talent leaves, but people will always seek markets that actually want to compete. If you want to talk about altering a nation's economic trajectory, look no further than the state. Governments hold the levers of power, they bear the ultimate responsibility. This pervasive African narrative of blaming the victims while coddling the culprits reveals a tragic level of cognitive shallowness. Passports and migration do not destroy African states. Systemic corruption, weak institutions, and toxic policies do.

This is so dishonest. They talk about all black foreigners (even those with PR, citizenship, valid work & resident permits etc). That's why they're also targeting dark skinned South Africans who don't speak Zulu.
