How long did it take before running felt "natural" to you? The feeling kicked in after 3 years of on and off attempts to start running. I knew I "got it" when I had my first 10 minute continuous run.

@run_barefoot I've been told I'm in a cult, just because I'm training for half. This is so true. Running made me understand that the body can be tired and in pain but has enough capacity to push further, harder, and longer.
