#runstreak day 1,398😭 Feel the fear & do it anyway. My 1st non stop 10k since I pulled my IT Band in Aug. The physio ok’d it 4 weeks ago but I was too scared to try it. That felt SO good! Whoever said running doesn’t make you emotional was lying😭😂 Onwards we go ✨ #ukrunchat
