Last night at the Gary Parker Invite, the 4x100m boys relay of Carson Jacaway, Sam Ryan, Cam Lee & Lucas Boyer smashed the school record with a blazing 43.05!!!!

Elyse Wilmes lowered her own School Record in the girls 800m with a 2:08.92 last night in Blue Springs!!!!

Had a solid and consistent discus outing yesterday at Capital City. Hit 60.00/196’ 10 to PR on my opener, which got me to the 60m milestone. Also great job to @Hayden7Mays throwing a bomb (56.89/186’ 7!!!) to PR by 4 1/2 meters! Great day all around. #NSGB
