Stukes is an extremely high IQ player and very versatile; 2,674 career snaps between safety (503), slot (1,174), & boundary CB (943). Matchup-proof athlete with hip fluidity to function in multiple coverage assignments. In 2025, he had 4 INTs and 6 PBUs in 9 games. IMO, he is the best slot DB in this class.
The Steelers signed Jamel Dean in free agency to pair with Joey Porter Jr, who both excel in man coverage. They currently have a massive need for a slot corner who excels in man coverage, Brandin Echols struggled HORRIBLY vs players like Ladd McConkey and Christian Kirk when asked to matchup in man coverage. They should strongly consider Stukes in round 2 and definitely round 3 if he is still available, he would allow the Steelers’ nickel package to matchup with most offenses in man coverage successfully.

The great division in our country is between people who understand these basic facts, and those who reject them.
From the citation accompanying the Bronze Star (with V for combat valor) that Marine Second Lieutenant Robert Mueller received for his actions in 1968, during the Vietnam War—the war Trump avoided:
“With complete disregard for his own safety, he then skillfully supervised the evacuation of casualties from the hazardous area and, on one occasion, personally led a fire team across the fire-swept area terrain to recover a mortally wounded Marine who had fallen in a position forward of the friendly lines.”
Months later, still serving our country in the war that Trump avoided, Mueller was wounded again, shot in the leg.
“I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have made it out of Vietnam,” Mueller told author Garrett Graff years later. “There were many—many—who did not. And perhaps because I did survive Vietnam, I have always felt compelled to contribute."
Robert Mueller went on to serve our country honorably in many other ways. His rock-solid integrity as a public official—and as a private citizen—will stand as an example and inspiration to all who learn about him, long after Donald Trump is gone.

13 minutes well spent listening to Robert Mueller speak to school kids back in 2003 about his personal background and the joys and rewards of public service.
He emphasized the importance of integrity.
There's no way anyone could watch this and not come away thinking about what a good and caring man he was.
What an injustice that such an honorable figure would have his reputation called into question by the worst of humanity, and that, I'm afraid, includes those who can be so easily duped.

- A graduate of the Novopetrivsk Lyceum, Dmitry Duhota, died🙏💔 in the war.
We remember Dmitry as a sincere, calm, surprisingly good student.
He was a boy with an inquisitive look, with a desire to study, with dreams of the future.
Fate was not always kind to him:
- He lost his parents early.🙏
But he always behaved restrainedly and courageously.
After graduating from the 9th grade, he entered the Katyuzhansky Vocational School.
Dmitry aroused everyone's admiration.
And then the war... It is always hot in the Donetsk direction.
The enemy holds on to this territory in a particularly strong way.
So our Dima accepted his death🙏 here.
He is forever 20... Young and handsome, he will forever remain so.
Rest in peace,🙏 our Warrior.

Це був хлопчина з допитливим поглядом, з прагненням до навчання, з мріями про майбутнє. Доля не завжди була до нього ласкавою: рано втратив батьків. Але він завжди поводився стримано й мужньо. Після закінчення 9 класу вступив до Катюжанського професійного училища. Дмитро у всіх викликав захоплення. А потім війна... На Донецькому напрямку завжди гаряче. Ворог по-особливому міцно тримається за цю територію. Тож тут і прийняв свою смерть наш Діма. Йому навіки 20…Молодий і красивий, назавжди залишиться таким. Спочивай з миром, наш Воїне. Trump has long claimed Mueller's report completely exonerated him, which it did not.
Mueller's report into Russian interference in the 2016 election, and his campaign's links with figures in Moscow, uncovered extensive criminal activity.
It produced 37 indictments, seven guilty pleas or convictions and evidence that Trump obstructed justice on multiple occasions. It found evidence that Russia engaged in extensive attacks on the US election system in 2016, and found "numerous links between the Russian government and the Trump campaign".
In it, Mueller, serving as special counsel, explicitly stated that his report "does not exonerate" the president, but acknowledged that Department of Justice policy is that a sitting president could not be indicted.

My favorite part of the VA discussion tonight is that not even five months ago I watched one of my Marines rapidly develop and get destroyed by rectal cancer that was linked to swimming in burn pits.
He was one of several guys from that deployment that died that way almost twenty years later. Me and the boys are all pretty much waiting our turn at this stage.
We had a company Gunnery Sergeant that was an absolute piece of shit on my first deployment. His hobbies included eating all of the Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, and finding menial and pointless tasks for the Marines to do when they could instead be sleeping.
One of his favorite ways to pass the time was to sit on the hood of his gator inside of FOB Omar while the React Marines police called the burn pit looking for “non-burnables.”
You see, the cool thing about a burn pit is that after a while they just stay on fire, like pretty much forever. They get real soupy in the less hot parts, and you can walk on top of the plastic soup.
Sometimes, lazy Marines will throw pen flares, lithium batteries, SAW drums full of 5.56, and other random fun things in there instead of disposing of them properly. It was easier to toss the shit than it was to deal with Gunny interrogating you on why you needed to get rid of a dead battery.
Most of the time, those things just pop on their own anyways. It’s no big deal, since it’s all just trash and it’s usually sequestered away from sleeping areas.
For Gunny Diaz though, this was unsightly. You could see the “non-burnables” in the burn pit. What if the Battalion Commander, or someone from higher up the chain of command were on the OP when one of those things popped, or worse, what if they saw a radio battery!?
Well, that would bring Gunny Diaz’s reputation as a Company Gunnery Sergeant into question.
Can’t have that.
His solution was pretty simple.
Take the Marines from react, whenever they weren’t busy escorting Iraqis into the OP to get free money from “Captain Tom,” and have them wade into the burn pit to pick out the non-burnables.
Easy.
Gunny got a Navy Commendation Medal.
We all get to have cancer twenty years later.
Fuck you Gunny Diaz. You were and always will be a useless fat piece of shit, undeserving of the 0369 MOS and title of Company Guns.
It wasn’t a very kinetic deployment. It wasn’t just us infantrymen that got to swim in the burning plastics. The cooks got a turn. The comm guys got a turn. The mechanics got a turn.
Everyone got a bit of cancer swimming in.
Great fun for everyone.
Kevin died in November. He left behind a family who was entirely abandoned by the VA once he passed. They haven’t received any of the help his widow was promised.
But yeah, financial Jerry Springer really do be doing the hard hitting investigative journalism on the massive VA fraud numbers.
