Again, context matters. Minshew wasn’t named the starter over O’Connell until after schedule came out. On AP’s short run, Raiders beat Chiefs on Xmas in Arrowhead in 2023. Arguably biggest upset of the yr. 1 of their 2 primetime games in 2024 was at Arrowhead on Black Friday.

You’re forgetting some key points here. #1- Desmond Ridder wasn’t on the Raiders roster when the 2024 schedule was made. #2- The Raiders had some juice when Antonio Pierce took over in 2023 going 8-9 before 2024. They were interesting/had appeal before falling apart under AP.
