Twitter has become a terrible place, it's the blue check marks being forced down everyone's throat. They're out for a payout, so most is clickbait. Doesn't help that @elonmusk will suppress all accounts that don't pay him. When access to speech becomes sold, it's no free speech.

@TanakaTakawira_ Because we became isolated & preserved spiritual connection, notice when colonialism started & how spirituality has been on a downward spiral. Read the bible carefully you'll see we're people of the bible. It's the reason why we must be oppressed until we lose that connection.

@Munyah_Wacho Maybe the author can create a focus group maybe 10-15 individuals, then survey the need & see how to transform ZSE into a wealth machine. Thinking making money while creating wealth streams for the masses.

@Munyah_Wacho I've done a bit of research on the ZSE, from a trader perspective, the market is unexplored, but it is also a minefield. I can teach how to trade & and built data across JSE, NYSE. We could build data for ZSE, data is what attracts traders & ZSE is an opportunity.

Hie guys, who amongst us trades/invests on Zimbabwe Stock Exchange & VFEX? tine nyaya yatinoda kumbovhura tidzidze. Have been obsessed about it for 3 months now, but I still don't adequately understand it. How and what to analyse, follow or trade. I realized general Zimbabwean populace actually are not aware of how it works either, which reduces capital being pumped into the market. In every 100 randomly selected people, you may find only 0.5 - 3 people who put something into a portfolio, even zvaro. My wish is to build an educative platform that also offer mock practice and teaches about passive income through investments in stocks.

@clive_staples99 @TuckerCarlson Watch people's eyes often, eyes emit a light always, but once you see that light off but the person is awake & looks aware it's a red flag. Usually such a person will avoid eye contact or if you ask them to look into a mirror they'll turn aside because it ain't them.

The situation in Harare is now sad. I personally started Men clothing store in 2021 striving to sell over 100 pieces a month and it was achievable. Now in 2026, we are struggling to sell half of that. We are really struggling especially these small shops. Facebook is swamped with same products, X people doesn't repost 🔁 zvekumhanya, TikTok is swamped, Instagram is tricky. So many property owners in town, they are converting their offices or big shops to small tables, shops, cubicles...so many malls and they're full because unemployment people who are looking to survive. Its a sad situation. We sell for rent, wages, council bills only. No growth Quiting is inevitable

@Queeneth01olx We rather not say, but God is our comforter, He remembers our labour of love & is able to recompense. In this world, givers must be discerning because takers often feel entitled & will ridicule your efforts by saying, "Who begged you?"

I spent 4 years paying my younger sister’s school fees. Every single kobo. The day she graduated, she gave the acknowledgement speech and thanked everyone except me. I sat in that hall and felt my soul leave my body 😭. When she got admission, things were tight at home. I had just started my first job. I told our parents, "Don't worry. I’ll handle it." And I did. Every semester. No breaks. There were months I was eating 0-1-0 so her account wouldn't run dry. I never told her. I didn't think I needed to. Graduation day, she looked beautiful. The first graduate in our family. I was prouder of her than I’ve ever been of myself. Then she got the mic. > She thanked God. (Fair). > She thanked our parents. (Expected). > She thanked her friends who kept her sane. > She even thanked her HOD. Then she sat down. My mother looked at me. I smiled and looked away, but the clapping felt like it was happening in a different room. I didn’t say anything that day. Or the week after. But something in how I moved changed. I stopped volunteering. Started waiting to be asked. Started noticing who actually noticed me. People say, "Don’t give to be recognized." I agree to an extent. But there is a thin line between not needing applause and being erased by the person you bled for. That's not humility. That's invisibility. We’re fine now. I brought it up six months later, calmly. She cried, and said she was nervous and blanked. Maybe. Maybe not 🤷 But I learned something either way. Sacrifice without communication creates invisible resentment. Tell people what you are carrying for them. Not to guilt trip them. But because silence makes martyrs, and martyrs make bitter people. This same dynamic shows up in dating every day. You’re playing the provider or the supporter in silence, while your partner thinks you're just an oil money that never runs dry. Stop accepting the bare minimum of gratitude. If they don't see the sacrifice, they won't value the person making it. Has someone ever made you feel invisible in a relationship after everything you did for them? Let’s talk below.👇

The X algorithm is humbling. You can have thousands of followers and still get 5 likes. Some accounts can even try the “sexual tweet” trick and the engagement still stays the same. I still don’t know the best way to farm on this app.

@samkebusiness @OkaPhusisa might be that he was setup, marched into a well meant initiative the full plot which he was not aware of. An initiative bankrolled by X (reputable) yet funding is from ZANU. That kind of trap which to withdraw, refund is demanded & bankrupt someone. ZANU does it well.

Twitter was for free speech per Elon, then trends weren't his preferred. Grok started as real-time truth teller until it criticized US & disagreed with Elon on SA matters. It's been downhill since. It's a village where only check marks have reach. Gaming it for dollars.

I won't put all of my eggs in one basket. It's a matter of personal/family/community safety. Musk will not be with us forever. How will these systems work, and who will control them, when he's gone? If “what's past is prologue,” then it is not promising. Google was very convenient when it first arrived. It began as a tool to organize the world's information democratically but evolved into a surveillance giant, dominating 90%+ of global search and online ads, tracking users invasively, biasing algorithms that amplify misinformation or discrimination, building biased AI impacting marginalized groups, and partnering with governments on surveillance. Facebook used to be a great place to collaborate with people, but became a data-hoarding behemoth, enabling misinformation, election interference (e.g., Cambridge Analytica scandal), and hate speech amplification. It controls global discourse via platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp, often refusing to fact-check political ads or curb addictive algorithms. Critics point to loose data practices fueling surveillance capitalism, complicity in genocides (e.g., Myanmar), and prioritizing growth over user safety, leading to privacy erosions and mental health issues. Amazon evolved from convenient shopping to a sprawling empire in e-commerce, cloud (AWS), streaming, and surveillance (e.g., Ring cameras shared with police). Accused of crushing local businesses, exploiting warehouse workers with grueling conditions and anti-union tactics, evading taxes, and enabling counterfeit/dangerous products. Its AWS powers much of the internet but also supports military/intelligence ops with poor human rights oversight, contributing to environmental harm via massive shipping emissions. Apple began challenging “Big Brother” (famous 1984 ad) but now enforces a “walled garden” ecosystem via iOS, taking hefty App Store cuts (up to 30%) and fighting right-to-repair laws. It complies with CCP censorship to maintain supply chains (e.g., removing apps aiding Hong Kong protests), exploits overseas labor, and pays minimal taxes despite trillions in value. While strong on device privacy, it aids oppressive regimes indirectly through manufacturing dependencies. Microsoft started empowering users with tools like Windows but faced 1990s antitrust suits for monopolistic practices. Today, it's criticized for AI collaborations with the Chinese military on facial recognition, creating public databases enabling surveillance, and acquisitions (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub) that expand data collection. It builds on “surveillance capitalism” models, similar to Google, and has been involved in military tech like HoloLens for the U.S. Army. History shows that even the most promising tech platforms—once they achieve dominance—tend to prioritize scale, profit, and control over the original ideals of openness, user empowerment, and democratic access. Putting one's entire digital, financial, and personal life under the roof of any single entity (no matter how innovative or charismatic its leader) creates a single point of failure: not just technical, but ethical, political, and existential. Musk's companies, like any centralized powerhouse, are vulnerable to the same trajectory. His eventual departure—whether through retirement, succession challenges, or other events—could shift priorities, invite new leadership missteps, or expose users to the same risks of data exploitation, policy reversals, or external pressures that we've seen elsewhere. The pattern is clear: convenience today often becomes oppression tomorrow. Thus, diversification isn't just prudent—it's essential for long-term safety and autonomy. In an era where power concentrates quickly, the real safeguard isn't finding the “perfect” company—it's building resilience through choice, awareness, and deliberate fragmentation of dependence. HARD PASS.

@Saint_Mickael @grok @ujubaykay @HerbalistChief Same argument as pooping, poop comes out easier when in deep quat as opposed to sitting level. Now imagine someone promotes pooping while lying on the back. Less muscles of the pelvic are engaged. Women & kids work harder on back position births.
