@GWRHelp late again at peak time from Gatwick to reading...every day this week. Well done #gwr at least you are consistent!

@GWRHelp late again on the Gatwick to reading train...all peak times are late. Poor service for the money I pay for a season ticket

@GWRHelp To be honest there is no difference in service. GWR trains are always late/delayed/cancelled at peak times on the reading to Gatwick service. #shocking #badservice

@GWRHelp 15 mins late this morning, and previous one cancelled so double the people getting on one 3 coach train. The earlier train had a fault, which is not surprising as this line seems to have the oldest rolling stock in your company. Maybe more reliable trains??? #frustrated

@rushpool Hi Steve, sorry for the frequent service disruption you've experienced recently. All delay reasons are looked into internally and if a trend does emerge we will work with Network Rail and other industry partners to address the root cause.

@GWRHelp early trains from refill and Gatwick to reading are a joke. Late or cancelled every day for the past 2 weeks. Sort it out @GWRHelp
