@Deliveroo absolutely the worst service I'm the world. Said 30-45min delivery for KFC laindon. Ordered...at 7.50pm..confirmed order delivery time is 9-9.35pm...cant cancel or get refund. Could have walked and picked it up quicker. Can't speak to deliveroo or kfc...so poor

@Deliveroo quite possibly the worst customer service I've received. Placed 2 x orders from different restaurants..one turned up..the other didn't even though the address was correct and exactly the same as the one that did get here. Told by customer service it was my fault!
