I couldn't be more proud to see our students developing pro level body mechanics in months rather than years, creating demo reel shots that I wish I could have made as a student, and for landing their dream gigs for the first time -- even after years of struggling elsewhere.

Another thing to remember is that the lowest bid usually gets the show. Which really drives the race to the bottom. Full disclosure: I don’t care about the flash & haven’t worked in VFX for 15 years, but this has been a problem for 20+ years. VFX Soldier: vfxsoldier.wordpress.com/about/

@rustyanimator @AnimatorWilson Yeah currently its only working in Maya 2022 but I'm working on a fix. Let's hope I can get it out tomorrow 🙌
