USA healthcare is a scam. Ultrasound today costs $465 if I self pay without insurance. With insurance it cost me $443 ($5,000 deductible before the plan begins to pay anything.) So my $6,810 in annual premiums I pay for the privilege of insurance saved me $22. 🫤

On the surface, this sounds like something. In reality, they compete in two different worlds. Nobody is switching to Schwab because of this. Hood will lose zero business. Many on Schwab have a $HOOD account that they will continue to use for their degenerate side. Some Hood users have Schwab for their long term conservative account.

My baseline is 30. Has been for decades. As you know, HRV has almost nothing to do with fitness. Everyone has a different baseline to work with and has a different nervous system. The only thing that is "low" is low against your baseline. You can't even tell if another person's is low without knowing. HRV is very personal but also THE best measurement of training, stress, physical well being.

Your analysis looks good, seems like you need lobbyists more than numbers people Unless you're working on other solutions... In addition to everything you mentioned, recent ish changes to GAAP have sucked all the fun out of leases and load up balance sheets with debt, it's worth reconsidering non lease financing

Sappy personal post time. ✨ Getting fit physically and mentally was the best decision of my adult life. The stress of building an almost impossible to build company from zero was the straw that broke the camel's back for the way I took care of myself. Got fat, executive function compromised, anxiety out of control. I was not in a good place, and I took it out on people who needed to trust me. So I built a health regimen: * Lifting and cardio (lost >40 lbs) * Nutrition, ferments, and supplements (repaired microbiome and metabolism) * Meditation, breathwork, and therapy (helped iron out dislocations) * Thermal cycling (gave nervous system resets on demand) * Sleep and electronic device access (reduced 80% feeling of being "ADHD") * Quit caffeine (gave me calm and presence) And invested in myself: * Read thousands of pages of books on neuroscience, psychology, and physiology * Intentionally repaired years of broken relationships * Fixed problems around my life ignored for years * Got back into things that are restore me (fly fishing) * New wardrobe of dripped out designer fashion (100% black of course) I feel amazing and am herein shouting it from the rooftop. Still a work in progress like we all are, but I've found immense value in paying forward what I've learned about fitness, nutrition, and performance. So many people helped me along the way and I'm eternally grateful for the love and support. If you're actively pathfinding on this stuff and need a sounding board, I'm happy to be one. 🫰

Amazing transformation and very inspiring. Thermal recycling for nervous system resets on demand. I'm imagining jumping in a cold plunge and then getting right back to work or was it something different than that? I'ma have to print this tweet later and go through it again, I'm on the same journey but you're way ahead of me

I shall work for 25 minutes and then write for 5 minutes. This is the deal. The deal cannot be renegotiated until 100 hours have been completed. Hopefully as the hours tick up the aversion ticks down.
