The anti-alcohol stuff has become totally hysterical. It’s the worst and the gayest of the 90s anti-smoking propaganda all over again. Give up alcohol if you want but the stuff isn’t battery acid. A sip won’t send you to the hospital. A glass of wine ruined three days of your life? When did it become normal and acceptable for men to brag about their weak constitutions? Really weird.

Started my weight loss project 12 months ago at 124kg. Today i am 97kg.
Been a gradual changing of lifestyle and addressing historic poor eating habits.
Next goal is to get to 94kg (30kg loss). Just keep working at👍
