Since 2017 I've been building Leon AI: an open-source personal AI assistant focused on privacy, local-first execution, deterministic skills, memory, and a deep agentic loop. This is the worst time to TGE💀 All recent launches like $ZAMA, $ESP, $AZTEC, etc got rekt. @gensynai decision to delay actually turned out to be a good one. If they listed now, they probably wouldn’t even reach $250-300M FDV. Delaying till April makes sense - assuming market conditions improve by then (hopefully). Also expecting an even worse phase in the market in the coming days/weeks. Surving is key.

The @virtuals_io ecosystem right now; ➥ New launches are struggling with no real buyers/ holders/ users, and charts are under immediate sell pressure as a result of forced ecosystem airdrops (5%). ➥ ACP utilisation for real users has ground to a halt. Less than 10% growth in new Butler wallets since mid December is the slowest growth rate since ACP launched (numbers would be less if you excluded bot farmers). ➥ Bot farmers continue to take almost all of the 3% 'ecosystem participation' incentives via ACP. This has resulted in no incentives for genuine participants across the ecosystem. ➥ The result of the above is that sentiment is down. Mindshare is closing in on all-time low again. There are more people leaving than joining the ecosystem. ➥ The robotics narrative has captured attention. We need a big announcement or some progression here which makes robotics tangible for ecosystem participants. ➥ New launchpad expansion captured attention but delays to big titan launches have resulted in a little loss of interest which was helping to drive attention. ➥ Virtual Token hasn't performed of late as a result of the above, further impacting participants and founders/teams. This tends to go in waves. ➥ An increase in scams and rugs has cast a shadow over the ecosystem. ➥ There remains a core group of participants, loyal to Virtuals. Believers who ride the ups and downs. Despite things not being great right now, the team still retains strong support in this group. ➥ External buinsess development from the Virtuals team never stops. This a strong part of the offering and should ensure better times aren't too far away. ➥ Some existing quality teams continue to build and ship good products. They act as the real core and foundation of the ecosystem. Opportunities exist amongst this cohort. ➥ Expected big announcements have been hinted at, and are eagerly anticipated. ↛. TLDR: We are in a bit of a dip right now with a number of internal and external things converging to create a less than perfect ecosystem. That being said, it's easy to remain bullish if you zoom out. A lot of the issues we currently face can be easily fixed if the team have the appetite for it, and the new launchpad with Titan launches, on top of the big push towards robotics, are strong positives for the future.
