@askryanair It seems unfair that it is impossible to correct a keystroke error with date, reported immediately. Yes I can change but the correct date is half the price. If Ryanair make a mistake it's fine. If I make a mistake hard luck. Easyjet and others allow change within 24hours

@askryanair Hi Ryanair. This was a genuine mistake with dates. I booked a February date instead of a March date. I will be allowed to change these seats free, even although the date I meant to book is much cheaper. It seems wrong that a keystroke error has cost me £200

@askryanair I made a mistake with my booking and I need to cancel my flights. I waited with for a live chat shut down to lack of activity. I am within the 24hour grace period and I do not need to pay the online change fees

Amazed @british_airways can treat customers this way. Gatwick inbound and outbound flights changed: 2h 40m transfer now 1h 30m. On time USA connection and luggage transfer (inc. baby equipment) highly unlikely but BA charged £582 to book later flight - basis change 'voluntary'.

@British_Airways I have a FTV, tried to book flights for two weeks- phone line not operating. Tried social media, reply on messenger requesting details, sent by return, an automatic message back- "don't understand connecting you to live chat". Nothing since Suggestion?

@P_H_S_Officia Your website that if a care home has a covid outbreak the residents will have one designated visitor. I am that visitor but the care home closed to all visitors before Christmas - your instruction. Why? my 95 year old demented mother feels abandoned and depressed

I was on a tram yesterday, where the conductor politely asked a guy to wear a mask. He answered that he was not exempt but had left his mask at work again. London transport are fining such people. Don't know how as anyone can claim to be exempt. So sorry for your staff.

@tinamac73 @NicolaSturgeon Many experienced GPs working as unpaid vaccinators. As for nurses doing a better job, I believe GP experience of flu vaccine clinics - 100s of vaccines every year, not to mention travel immunisations means that nurses are not better, safer or more efficient

@GillDennes I’m a doctor working as a volunteer along with many of my colleagues. (Pay zero and cover our own travel expenses) As for experience in my years as a GP I accumulated vast experience over more than 25 years of flu clinics.

GP nurses- £12/ hr to vaccinate for NHS regardless of their grade. Experienced vaccinators! But Optometrist- £230 for 3.5 hr session as vaccinator. GPs & other staff being paid their approx normal rates too. Nurses have most experience so why pay them less? Why downgrade nurses?

@BBCScotNine Many doctors including myself working as volunteer vaccinators. That is 20 hours a week for no pay, and paying our own travel expenses.

“It feels discriminatory that some professions are valued more but we’re all doing exactly the same role.” This NHS vaccinator says it’s unfair that nurses are being paid less than doctors and dentists to vaccinate the population against Covid-19. #TheSeven

@joswinson Sorry Jo. You will be facilitating a Tory landslide. You have lost me and many other former labour voters with this ploy. LibDems will only do well if they are seen oppose the government. The SNP want an election to demonstrate support for Scottish independence

@joannaccherry So why have the SNP turned their backs on the Peoples Vote campaign? Difficult to see why you want to facilitate a Tory landslide.

Downing St on the petition to revoke Article 50: ‘The PM has long been clear but that failing to deliver on the referendum result would be a failure of democracy and a failure she wouldn’t countenance. The PM has said many times she will not countenance revoking Article 50.’

@OwenSmith_MP @UKLabour Too late. If your Leader had wholeheartedly swung behind remain I believe we would not be in this mess today. The labour breakaway factions have left it too late to save party and more importantly country.

I became a political activist to serve my community and to change the country for the better. My decision today – which has been painful and difficult - is rooted in the values and principles which I have always held.
