Standing outside Bell Aliant Store at 209 Chain Lake Dr, Halifax waiting since 10 am and it’s 10:15 AM — still closed with 3–4 customers waiting outside. Calling the store says and IVR says “staff busy with customers” 🤔 but doors aren’t even open. Clearly not true.@Bell_Aliant

@nspowerinc My bill increased from $610 to $2,918 for 14,988 kWh in 59 days with no change in usage in one cycle. I formally dispute this charge and request meter verification and billing review immediately. @nsgov @CBCNews

Recieved my @nspowerinc bill and there is 129% INCREASE according to their calculations. Have not changed anything. This is ridculous. HIGHEST POWER RATES IN THE CONTRY APART FROM THE NORTH. #disgusting

@AirCanada Unacceptable service at Halifax Airport. After waiting over 1 hour at the customer care desk, the agent simply said she was called to handle other flights and walked away, leaving 8–9 passengers stranded with no replacement, no explanation, and no assistance.

@WestJet on the day of flight cancellation, received a confirmation email about reimbursing $650/reservation but when submitted the claim with the hotel booking payment receipts, you simply denied the claim. Reservation #KYMSFD. It’s so unethical and non-compliance.
