@TheVResistance @Qwuiplash Ya it almost seems like a masterpiece to me minus a few glitchy things when you’re moving your arms and stuff but really well done otherwise and the graphics are super beautiful. When I got to the village and seen the view off the whole thing I was blown away!

So….I’m a PlayStation plus member and I seen that Resident Evil Village VR was free this month and I’ve never played it in VR so I download it and…..HOLY CRAP!!!! 👀 It’s super scary, but looks sooo nice I couldn’t stop playing it lol Even as an Indie VR Dev even I’m thinking like if this is what the PSVR2 is capable of then why don’t all PSVR2 games look like this 😂

@rxpharmacytech @Qwuiplash Yes, Village is excellent. RE4 is more of an action game and some interactions take you out of VR and put you in third person. Still a great game though.

@Qwuiplash @rxpharmacytech I beat Village twice and GT7 with a racing rig is the best VR experience ever. In fact, American Truck Simulator is one of the best VR experiences if you have a racing rig. This is why I hope they consider bringing that version to PSVR2.

All they would have to do is add pvr2 support to some of the most popular games.. also they should figure out 3rd person vr for people that are just stepping into VR. Make it a smooth transition from how they usually play. All sports games should have a stadium 3rd person view in VR

@quipsilva For sure! 💯 I’m trying to do my part as well by ditching the Quest and making my next game coming soon System Critical 3 a PSVR2 exclusive! 🦾 I want to be able to take advantage of the hardware and make the graphics top notch 🔥

@rxpharmacytech Yeah, I honestly have no idea. I've seen mods look magnitudes better than native VR games. The rare times AAA puts genuine effort in, the results are staggering. If this was the standard, I reckon VR would have a much higher popularity.

@rxpharmacytech THIS!!! It drives me nuts because i think it shows flat conversions are what we need to drive VR forward. Its the only way to get these HUGE AAA games. I wish more AA studios did it also. Stuff like terminator and robocop are PERFECT candidates. LOOKS great! But not TOO demanding

@rxpharmacytech The sales made it hard for them to invest, ps VR 2 is the smallest player base of all the VR platforms. The platform suffers because it doesn't have a killer app or game that people buy a system for like beat saber.

@rxpharmacytech There's a few AAA psvr2 games but does psvr2 units and users make it worth it for Devs to make games like that will they earn there money back? Maybe if it gets bigger

@rxpharmacytech I think if you're building your game around VR it becomes a lot easier to optimise the performance, a flat to VR port creates a ton of issues because consoles are already pushed to their limits with the flat screen version of the game in most instances.
