@thetrainline Yes to using the return portion, but no to being in possession of the outward tickets, unless they’re at home (where we won’t be until next Sunday) 😕

@VirginTrains Hello, I’m one of your loyal Virgin Trains users currently on the 6.30am from Glasgow to Euston and have misplaced our tickets. We have all parts except the tickets themselves and booking number. Any advice on what we can do? 😰❤️ #sillysleepymorning
@thetrainline Hi Jamie, sadly I’m not sure if you can help. Bit of a troubled journey from Glasgow to Hassocks where we had to purchase new tickets on the train due to a human error on my part 🤦🏻♂️ Is there any process for refunding non-used outgoing tickets?

@ry_derbs Ahh so sorry Ryder :( Unfortunately we aren't able to recall tickets in the system once they have been printed. Have you spoken to the Train Manager about this? ^HP
@VirginTrains@VirginTrains Hey HP! We’ve been advised of this 😞 they were booked via the Trainline and picked up yesterday at Glasgow Central, I must’ve got mixed up with the seat reservation and actual tickets 🤦🏻♂️
@ry_derbs Hi there, sorry to hear this! I'm afraid you would need all parts to your tickets when travelling as your reservations aren't valid without them. Were these Advance tickets you purchased? And did you purchase via our website? ^HP
