@VirginTrains Hello, I’m one of your loyal Virgin Trains users currently on the 6.30am from Glasgow to Euston and have misplaced our tickets. We have all parts except the tickets themselves and booking number. Any advice on what we can do? 😰❤️ #sillysleepymorning

@thetrainline Hi Jamie, sadly I’m not sure if you can help. Bit of a troubled journey from Glasgow to Hassocks where we had to purchase new tickets on the train due to a human error on my part 🤦🏻‍♂️ Is there any process for refunding non-used outgoing tickets?
