Furlong has been excellent this season, but that’s twice in two weeks we’ve conceded because one of our lads has gone down far too easily.
Looking to the ref to blow rather than focusing on the basics and leaving us short.
Really poor goal to give away.

@fan81_football @_kieranbl @mithITFC Didn’t say the keeper made any saves. We had 6 blocked shots second half, majority of those from around the edge of the box after quick breaks. As you say, better decisions and we easily score in the second half. I thought I was watching on repeat for a while!

@fan81_football @_kieranbl @mithITFC Wouldn’t say we bottled it but they certainly were excellent in their 2nd half approach and we struggled to contain them at times. We still created many many chances second half on the break and could easily have scored 2-3 ourselves in the 2nd half alone imo

@_kieranbl @ryan__ITFC @mithITFC I give full respect to Millwall today because they were so clearly second best. Then they dared us to cope with their physicality, chucked 2 up top and we basically bottled it. Pretty poor second half that for a promotion chasing home team. Furlong looks daft there.

Agree every team has it but those 2 it almost feels like they’d rather buy a FK than actually just play the play as it is. Azon is outright unbearable some weeks and everyone has picked up on it now

Greaves did it about 7 minutes into the season leading to brum having a perfectly good goal disallowed.
Stretches far beyond 1-2 of our lads.

The international break has definitely come at the right time for Town in my opinion.
More training ground time for Philogene, Núñez staying in Ipswich to build up his fitness. Burns too.
Race to the finish line is relentless, hopefully the break will be very beneficial.

Our trip to Ipswich Town has been moved to Sunday 19 April after being selected for live TV coverage. It will kick-off at 12 noon 📺
