@444NG3LBBY @HeirToThePrince Distracting myself was by far the most helpful thing to do about it, no matter what I was doing. Podcasts were a huge favorite of mine it always felt like it tuned everything out the best. It’ll get easier over time and the less distractions you’ll need!!

@thotlerrr For sure, some weeks it’s still an every day battle. These days instead of breaking down though I’ll just get a real bad sad wave, the emotions get easier as time goes on. Allow yourself to feel the emotions. I use to force myself to forget and it tore me apart over time
