@IHateItMost @MrBuckBuckNBA I mean, even the NBA, unless it’s the Lakers in town with LeBron, I’ve been able to go most of the Suns game I’ve gone to for less then $40 a piece. I paid for one game in the lower level but that was on my own doing. Use Gametime. It’s a great app to get super cheap seats.

@MrBuckBuckNBA I bet it’s been 10 years since I bought a sports ticket. We are completely priced out. Used to go to at least a college football and a MLB game a year. Now it’s just corporate sponsored tickets and rich people at live events.

The broadcast did not do justice to exactly HOW empty that arena was. This was one hour into the event at 3:02 pm PST. They had the lights dimmed and the armchair strobe lights going off 95% of the time to try and hide how few people were there. I’m sure the NBA or the Clippers will blame it being in Inglewood, or blame it being a matinee, but there’s ZERO excuse for this. This is corporate greed ruining what was once a marquee event, plain and simple. I recorded this from my $450 upper level seat (which I feel like an absolute sucker for buying). Lower level seats through the Clippers were going for $2K. Most of the people I saw there had media credentials or team laminates on. Very few “fans.” LA loves basketball…there should have been people hanging from the rafters for this. Ballmer should be ashamed, the Clippers should be ashamed, the NBA should be ashamed. @RealJasonNelson @NFL NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE tune into the superbowl or the halftime show. Boycott both, put your morals ahead and go watch @TPUSA 's halftime show or go for a walk or spend time with your family. Satan has it's grips on superbowl halftime events.

If the @NFL doesn’t immediately switch the halftime show from whoever “Bad Bunny” is, they will see the largest viewership drop in Super Bowl history. The boycott will be bigger than the game itself. Heck, I’ll boycott anyone who advertises. Change the show, or we change the channel.

@MattBauscher I’ve been to the Globe and the Kennel and I think both arenas are hands down better then ExtraMile. I prefer these smaller venues with raucous student sections and a good crowd.

@ungovernable_fl @MattBauscher GCU had decent players for sure but the student section makes that atmosphere incredible. Been to two games there in the past week and a half and I’ll probably go back when New Mexico comes to Phoenix. It’s unbelievable.

@tiki3425 @BJRains @31jackiemoon GCU has the best home court advantage in the league. It is so incredibly hard to win in that environment. They are also one of the best defensive teams in the country too. They proved that in the 2nd half. I was there last night and wasn’t surprised at the outcome.

The Broncos were projected by KenPom to lose at Wyoming, win by 23 against Air Force and win by 9 at San Jose State. They have beat teams in the bottom half of the standings - but they’ve done so convincingly.

@BJRains @JeramiahDickey Everything and I mean everything starts with the students. If you can’t get the students to show up then nobody else is going to. Grand Canyon is a great example, 9pm tip the other night and the student section was completely full 15 minutes before tip and they were loud.

@BJRains I thought it was fine. My complaint in Section 10 was the cheerleaders being there. Blocked the view on 3rd down numerous times. Maybe they need to move with the students or they need to move the students. The band location is awful. Can’t even hear them.
