in order to access the files (I tried @texthelp @orbitnote but it wouldn't let you go past a certain page limit & have not had a great experience with getting questions answered). What programs have been successful for a college student for the above concerns?

I'm a #specialeducation student with a #learningdisability. I have #accommodations for text-to-speech & word processor. Looking for a software that allows text-to-speech but ALSO lets you take notes/highlights, ideally within the document so I don't have to keep logging in & out
