@AirdropGlideApp What a sad walk down memory lane. A reminder of how much has been lost. And it's a shame because Cosmos was one of the best attempts at decentralization.
English

Given all the Cosmos projects that have shut down already this year, it's probably time to update this list...
- Mantra have let everybody go.
- Milkyway have closed down.
- Nomic never did properly launch or make their token tradable (forever compounding).
- Mars got hacked and it's no longer part of Neutron's Bitcoin Finance.
- Astroport is in maintenance only mode.
- Axelar team has left and been acquired by Circle.
- Drop have sunsetted, and decided against TGE.
- Pryzm have closed down.
- Akash is migrating away, likely to Solana.
- Noble decided against launching their much awaited token in Cosmos.
- Elys are moving to Base.
- Stargaze are sunsetting their chain.
- Sei decided to kill the Cosmos part of their chain completely.
- Shade Protocol have moved to Sei (as Feather).
- Osmosis is in maintenance only mode. Polaris haven't posted in over a month.
- Orbit Earn are building on Arbitrum.
- pStake moved to Base.
- Jackal moved their token liquidity to Base.
- Demex never did recover after the hack.
- Stride sunsetted.
- Quaser died, and then their successor Tower also died.
- Picasso (and everything from Composable) died, and even stranded all the bridged SOL in Cosmos.
- Evmos died and even gifted all the tech for Cosmos EVM, but they decided not to use it on the Hub.
- Loads of DEX closed down: Wynd, Hopers, Junoswap, Loop, Ura, Phoenix, TerraSwap, Sienna, Blizzard, SecretSwap, Cresent, WhiteWhale, Gravity, Sifchain...
- Not to mention everything that died when Terra died.
- Loads of Injective apps died (Dojo Swap, Injera etc) I think they only have Helix and Neptune now. Pivot to EVM.
- Comdex died, I think they were going to try and become a PCS chain on the hub, then decided what's the point.
- Omniflix moved to Base (as Flixdotfun)
- Penumbra closed down (other privacy chains like Namada and Secret also seem dead).
- Unicornandmemes decided not to make UWU transferrable in Cosmos, and moved to Solana.
- Anyone remember Juno? And don't get me started on NETA
Everything is fine, right?

@redphone A beautiful, thoughtful, disturbing and hopeful piece. Thank you for sharing this!
I'm really intrigued to see the influence of Henry Darger. I had never heard of him until last year when l stumbled upon Natalie Merchant's song about him. A fascinating and tragic individual.

@paint_swap I'm excited for Estfor, but so sad about this. Your team has done so much for the crypto community. Some of my very first nfts were on paintswap. While I'm heartbroken, I totally understand the decision.
Thank you for everything you have done for FTM/S. You'll be missed!

Over the years we’ve built several dApps to support the Sonic ecosystem. We’ve invested a significant amount of time and resources into the Airdrop Marketplace and its supporting infrastructure. Unfortunately, low trading volume, paused seasons, and insufficient revenue meant it operated at a sustained loss.
As a result, we’re sunsetting a few apps and refocusing.
After careful review, we’ve decided to sunset the NFT Marketplace, NFT Launchpad, and Airdrop Marketplace so we can focus resources where they create the most impact.
Our priority moving forward is @EstforKingdom 🚀
Expect faster releases, deeper gameplay, clan war fixes, new expansions, plus account abstraction & gas subsidies to massively expand reach.
VRF services remain live.
BRUSH fundamentals stay intact.
Estfor Kingdom remains the core of BRUSH utility, and upcoming updates will continue to expand burn mechanics and long-term value.
Thanks to everyone who’s supported us the best is still ahead.

@derpedewdz Please give me extra rum in my derpnog so I can deal with this market.

@CoinSurveyor Totally agree. I've been a fan of Beets from the early days, but I'm disappointed in the bad judgement and the lack of principle here.
English

This response is the most rational and simple explanation why this proposal doesn’t make sense.
Sets a really dangerous precedent in response exploits.
Honestly, embarrassing in how it shows how centralized the chain is and clearly is for certain people to recoup losses.
@theFantomgoat and @michaelfkong main ones.
Why do you think they attempted to freeze when exploit happened?
Honestly if this passes I’m gone for good from $S
Always thought $BEETS team and community were better than this kind of nonsense. Disappointed
Rafael Ugolini@rafaelugolini
If Sonic governance uses ~27M S of “ecosystem / growth” funds to retro-bailout a single DEX, it’s not a credibly neutral chain anymore. I'm strongly opposed to this proposal and, if this passes, I will put forth a proposal to wind down Origin’s Sonic deployments. sonic.discourse.group/t/27m-s-reallo…

Most people never notice when a protocol has a perfect heartbeat.
$NICKEL does- a strict, one-minute cycle that mints, resolves, resets, and starts again.
It’s the kind of predictability that makes everything else run smoother.

Something unusual is happening on @base
A new system is forming where every minute becomes a competition, every block becomes a signal, and the entire grid resets in a loop that never stops.
Nickel.Supply is building its own momentum engine.
