Here’s Elon Musk in 2003 outlining the strategic plan SpaceX has been following until today. “Our approach is really to make this a solid, sound business. I predicated the strategic plan on a known market, something that we know for a fact exists, which is the need to put small to medium-sized satellites into orbit. That's what we're going after initially. And then, with that as a revenue base, we will move into the human transportation market. The long-term aims of the company are definitely human transportation. I think the smart strategy is to first go for cargo delivery, essentially satellite delivery. And our eventual upgrade path is to build the successor to Saturn V, build a super-heavy lift vehicle that could be used for setting up a moon base or doing a Mars mission. Sad that @sainsburys New Cross has removed their plastic bag recycling bin. I got this warm fuzzy feeling every week I showed up with a mountain of plastic that previously would have been landfilled. Bring it back? 🤷🏻‍♂️🙏 #recycling #SustainableLiving #plastic

(2) Which is I think a nice demonstration of the power of moving from a point of stillness. Hence the meditation and then the movement. Also the fact that even when we are still, life is in constant flux, unfolding within us. Which is quite a trip, if you're up for it...

(1) #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is upon us. The theme is movement & we are moving fast 🤪 to run mindfulness sessions for companies across the UK and the globe. In amongst that we're trying to look after ourselves too. Starting each day with meditation, yoga, taking a walk etc...
