@Kotak_Life Never buy a policy from kotak. CS agent not at all cooperative. CS executive Mr. Mandar, even after giving pan details customer namen policy number not ready to give status of th policy. Client is not tech savvy, I am helping to get details. This is unacceptable behavioue.
