I can’t wait to completely switch to @xai. Hopefully, they’ll have amazing frontier models soon

@joelbqz Amazing. If we, as a community, keep building more features and customization, it could truly become the next Obsidian. I love Obsidian from the bottom of my heart, but I feel like we need something new, something more modern. I’m really looking forward to it.

@canraptor_ I just hope for Jonny Kim as the Artemis IV commander. He would be the best person, considering his SEAL background and is just overall very inspiring.

Every crew announcement BEYOND THIS DATE is exciting because you can see who they aren’t selecting for Artemis III & IV You can take everyone assigned to and flown missions since, probably Crew-9 or 10, and eliminate those astronauts for Artemis III & IV, cuz its simply too recent
Eric Berger@SciGuySpace

Not sure when NASA will make it official, but Crew-13 will consist of: • Jessica Watkins • Luke Delaney • Josh Kutryk (CSA) • Sergey Teteryatnikov (Russia) Great crew. Launch date is NET Nov 21, 2026. (Which would be happy 24th anniversary to the lovely @AmandaBerger79)

@emilheap @levelsio This seems a lot more likely! Startups that focus on their niche will always outperform BigTech, which owns the better models imo. There's no way BigTech will be able to be the best at everything. Lovable also isn't a novel idea and exists many times: @v0, @boltdotnew , etc.

@levelsio What about big-tech acquiring those « small » startups and then using frontier AI models, to automate maintenance and occasional feature adding. They slowly become porfolio companies, with a few guys maintainting dozens of products using agents.

I said this I forgot to who but I said it BigTech will eventually come for all apps / startups / companies because they can fill the niches now that before could not because they were too small Those niches is where entrepeneurs hung out, nice parts of the market people could build a little SaaS with $100K/y to even $100M/y, notjing like the $100B/y revenue BigTech was doing, but worth it With AI now BigTech can fill those niches + they are the ones training and owning the best models, and keeping the best models for themselves they can outcompete anyone who doesn't own them (everyone except other BigTech) End game for their survival is simply trying to take every business, it's just capitalism This completely changes the prospect for entrepreneurs as there won't be much left, because BigTech is financially incentivized to have to take everything Because if they don't, their competitor will! x.com/marmaduke091/s…

Ich kann mir nach meiner 🇺🇸 Reise und meinen Tesla FSD Erfahrungen garnicht mehr vorstellen, ein Auto ohne FSD zu kaufen. So krass fand ich das Erlebnis
