You don’t have to hike the entire enchantments trail to see Colchuck Lake. It’s about 4 miles up to the lake and has a great spot to picnic and swim along the west shore. Great spot to spend an afternoon, just outside Leavenworth, WA.

Was talking about my runs this weekend with a fellow runner at the gym. Just had a guy that was listening tell me “wait til you’re my age” and tell me how all that will all stop and blah blah He is 42. I am 49. He looks 68.
