Headlines regarding Mark Carney abusing tax payers dollars since 2014. This is a man that expects to live like King at your expense. If you think he cares about your struggles, think again. “I will always be straight about the challenges that we have to face and the choices we must make. And to be clear, we won’t transform our economy easily or in a few months — it will take some sacrifices and it will take some time." ~ Mark Carney - you make the sacrifices so I don’t have to.

@CanadianPM According to Carney we are building a New World Order with China, pivoting to Europe, and now helping to make America great again. 🍿

Yesterday, Prime Minister Carney met with China’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi. They discussed building a more stable and constructive Canada-China partnership, and opportunities to create greater prosperity on both sides of the Pacific.

Thousands of Hindus congregate in Brantford Ontario to throw idols of their gods into the Grand River. This doesn’t even look like Canada anymore. Why does Canada have to allow its clean waters to be polluted with foreign traditions?

I’m told, the USG has made it clear that if the CDN gov reneges on the contract signed by the Trudeau gov in Jan 2023 to purchase 88 x F35A’s in 4 batches, in order to buy a number of Gripen E’s, then 3 things will happen quickly. 1. LM with the full backing of the USG will launch a lawsuit to recover lost funds. When the Chrétien gov did the same thing with EH101 purchase, the CDN gov paid AgustaWestland nearly $1 billion in compensation. 2. CDN based businesses that exist solely to provide various components for the 3 variants of the F35 will have their future parts orders cut by 50%. This will cost them roughly $1.5 billion in revenue. 3. The USG will notify Saab & the Gov of Canada, that they will veto the export permit for the GE F414 engine, making any sale of the Gripen E to Canada impossible. The Biden admin, threatened this when the sale of the Gripen E to Columbia was announced, the Trump admin followed through with the threat & formally vetoed the use of the engine, which killed the deal. When the Columbia challenge occurred Saab engineers looked at the cost of using a Rolls Royce engine & concluded it would add $3-5 million USD to the flyaway cost to each Gripen E & add 5-8 years to the delivery timeframe while the airframe was modified & new testing & certification was completed. Last point, the RCAF has made clear their position, 1 fighter jet & the best option is the F35A, why exactly should short term politics play a roll in a $20 billion dollar purchase that will not be finalized until long after Trump is not just out of office but likely deceased. Perhaps they should just honour the contract they signed just 3 years ago & as recommended by the very people who risk their lives using the aircraft, no?

NEW: Canada is weighing a split fighter jet purchase of roughly 30 F-35s and 60 Gripens, with sources indicating an announcement may be timed to follow the U.S. midterm elections — La Presse

Here is what Kenney sounds like: “Waahhh, it’s too hard to do complicated and difficult things, even if they may be in the best interests of the people. 😤😩” It is embarrassing to watch a former Premier complain about how difficult negotiation, leadership, and governance might be, when that was literally his job! All it really shows is that many of the people who were, or still are, in positions of power are not equipped to negotiate, lead, or govern through difficult circumstances. And if the response to a democratic conversation is fear, ridicule, and hysteria instead of leadership and solutions, that says far more about the political class than it does about the public.

On issue after issue, separatists just wave their magic wand to wish away serious problems with secession. Myth: “Federal lands and federal building (sic) don’t add up to much” Fact: - Wood Buffalo National Park - Jasper National Park - Banff National Park - Waterton National Park - Elk Island National Park Together encompass 53,860 sq KM, or 8.2% of Alberta’s land mass - CFB Cold Lake - CFB Suffield - CFB Wainwright - CFB Edmonton Together encompass ~12,000 sq KM, or 1.9% of Alberta’s land mass - 138 Indian Reserves encompassing 6,556 sq KM, or 1% of Alberta’s land mass - YEG and YYC airport lands, encompassing 49 sq KM Plus hundreds of other parcels of land, buildings, etc, much of it prime downtown property (eg armouries, RCMP facilities.) So ~12% of Alberta’s land mass, including some of the most valuable and strategically important in the province. The total value would be in the tens of billions of dollars. But don’t worry, the separatists say. No biggie. We’ll just keep saying “Canada sucks” and stuff, cause facts are hard.

The frightening part is that governments increasingly frame all dissent through the lens of public safety, misinformation, extremism, instability, or mental health risk. During the trucker protests, Canada froze bank accounts without criminal trials. Speech laws have expanded aggressively. Online monitoring has intensified. MAID and assisted suicide laws expanded while mental health systems simultaneously gained broader authority. People are beginning to notice that nearly every modern crisis somehow results in institutions obtaining more power over the individual.
