@RiotPhroxzon Just gotta add my 2 cents on the “frequent patches are good for the game” here—there is NO balance team that does it as well as Riot. I absolutely love the care and intention that goes into patching this game. People always gonna’ whine, but you guys rock 😎

It was really fun to have some transparent discussions with players and get our honest takes back and forth on things, like "why are there frustrating things in games", "whether losers queue is real", etc. The goal wasn't to win the debates, but more to display some of the thinking around player feedback on certain topics and get honest player feedback! Hopefully it was entertaining for folks. 😂

Okay I have now seen TWO cases of Rarity Collection opened which had ZERO Ultimate Rare and instead ALL Collectors Rare (so at the end of each case there was like 90 CRs) If this was me personally I would be okay with this because even though they are supposed to be the same as OCG Ultimate Rares they are just not and look pretty crap to me while I think the CRs look VERY good.

@BlizzardCS hiya! any updates on the lc-208 errors in overwatch? my husband has been having this issue for a few days now and can't get on to play, both on ps4 and pc. i'm able to get in just fine with my account, and typical troubleshooting doesn't fix the issue. thanks!

@PlayOverwatch I am having a BLAST sitting in the queue while my friends have now played 4 full games without me. I finally get in and then all my characters are locked so i have to relaunch and wait another 2 hours. I just don't understand why Blizzard wants everything to fail. I'm out
