When staff come in at 7am to review it allows you to wrap up consults/review w/ juniors to ensure patients are managed safely and not rushed. Loved this model at TGH, should be considered at other sites!

Curious to know about what the accepted culture is for other academic and community ED physicians wrt timing of early morning consults. Are you holding consults, to lets say 8 am and stop giving consults to GIM at a set time i.e 5am? LMK your thoughts- both ED and GIM colleagues
