@brananaax 1) Difference in speed could mean an issue with power distribution. Swap its plug location with a fan next to it and see if they do the same thing or swap behavior. 2) Does it look like it's wobbling at all? 3) Blow out any dust/dirt/hair in the area where the fan meets the motor
