Aside from the ridiculous premise of this article (a Reform press release) and the sensationalist headline, it puts the Israeli line high up but doesn't offer any counter opinion of, say, the ICC, genocide scholars or even give examples of known Israeli war crimes. Bad journalism

Our latest podcast is out! In this week's episode, @s__cook and @phased_bemused talk about Reform UK's campaign in Wales. They discuss the recent by elections in Caerphilly and Denton and Gorton to ask whether the party is failing to break through in the way polls have predicted.
They look at the limits of Faragism in Wales but also the threat posed by a large Reform vote in the Senedd elections.
The new leader in Wales, former Tory Dan Thomas is also discussed. There's even a guest appearance from journalist @chakrabortty , who has reported at length on the Dan Thomas led Barnett Council in London, which became infamous for outsourcing all of its services to Capita.
There's even a bonus section on the welcome collapse of the Welsh Tories (featuring RT Davies' bizzare campaign against 'the separatists').

HORRIFIC day in the West Bank. Israeli settlers murdered 37-year-old Mohammad Faraj in the town of Janata, south of Bethlehem. His father is also in critical condition after settlers brutally beat him on the head with clubs.

But Nick you don’t “interview those who use the word genocide”. I’m one of the most prominent British genocide scholars and I called Israel’s genocide in October 2023. I’ve had a lot of international media attention but my BBC total in 30 months is one interview on Radio Ulster.

Simple answer Zack. Our job is to report. We interview you & those you quote who use the word genocide. We do the same for those who disagree. We also report that no international court has yet made a judgment. Nor has the UN. That’s not me or the BBC taking sides or downplaying what’s happened in Gaza. It’s doing our job.
