@willowtv I have a support ticket open with you for over a week reg a simple billing error. They say it was escalated when opened but have not heard from anybody. Please help.

Absolute fail @IndiGo6E. You are making EVERYONE gate check their roller bags saying the flight is full and that the overhead bins are full. And this is the state of the bins. All empty. What did you save? Other than a bunch of customers who are now forced to wait! #indigofail

@willowtv Can you please help with my subscription? I was on a lifetime subscription plan and I get an email changing the rate. Have been a long-time subscriber for many years and really disappointed with this and the response from your support team

@willowtv Thank you for responding. I did send an email to cs@willow.tv and they refused to honor the agreement and commitment. I sent them screenshots of my lifetime renewal offer but they just stopped responding.
