@SkyUK absolute con artists and the virtual assistant is a joke. Charged £4.99 by paramount plus because Sky joined me up with them without my consent 6 months after I joined Sky. Nothing but problems.This is now the 6th time I’ve been charged for things by Sky that I didn’t want

@SkyUK such a farse trying to upgrade to fibre. You send me tailored text to upgrade. Doesn’t work on WhatsApp, app or website. I call do security at the beginning, again On call & for some reason he wants to ring back & do security again. Why? I gave up and left the call.

Appalling service from @skyuk @skytv @SkyBroadbandd Quoted a renewal price and agreed upon but charged different. The sales call was listened too, and agreed that I was quoted a different price but will not honour the price. Appalled at the dishonesty.
