@SkyUK my parents phone line was playing up for months and then they lost total broadband and telephone service for 10 days while the problem was fixed. Once fixed they were offered £2 compensation which went up to £10 when they said that wasn’t enough. This is just not fair

I apologise for the confusion there around the broadband / Mobile issues, there's no wider issues at the moment with the Mobile service, you can certainly check the service status and coverage checker to see if there's any local issues in your area for example. @SkyUK Our home broadband is out due to an outage with @VodafoneUK and no timeline for a fix. As such we’re entirely reliant on our 4G mobile data and currently I can barely get 0.5mbps. Any issues in the KW15 area?

@SkyUK signed up for BB over a month ago,on 2nd router,6th phone call, 3rd round of troubleshooting over the phone. Wifi still not working properly and still no landline..keeps getting escalated but nothing is happening(paid for 2 months already, despite not being on BB that long

@SkyUK Had issues with Sky now since March. Complaint made. No direct contact number for complaints team. Phone returned on two occasions. Goodness knows how many hours wasted being passed round various departments on the 0345 number. Worst customer service you’ll get anywhere.

@SkyUK A Customer of 10 years with Sky. My contract ended today and absolutely nothing from Sky, since I told them I was leaving, to try and reach agreement on a new contract. Everybody should know how they treat there long term Customers….like 💩!!!!
