This is all happening near the village of Taybeh, which has been under constant settler attack for several months. Houses and fields were set on fire, people have been attacked, livestock stolen. Look up "Taybeh settler attack" to see dozens of videos. Bottom line: this "shepherd" is a part of a well-coordinated campaign of ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in the West Bank.
