TTE, many checking staff harass in the name of rules, however they impose their own rules. Indian Railways Ticket instructions clearly says in Para 2 that boarding is allowed for such tickets. @RailwaySeva @drmmumbaicr please clarify & counsel the TTE for doubt n imposing fine
