After a great few years at @RSVGG, I’ve been given notice of redundancy from my role. I’m incredibly proud of what we built, particularly around team culture and creating an environment where players & staff could perform at their best. We delivered strong results across content and competitive performance, often competing against organisations with far greater resources, while giving fans a level of transparency that isn’t always common in esports. To everyone who supported us over the years, thank you. Your support meant more than you’ll know! 💙 Alongside my role leading Britain for @ENC_EN, I’m now exploring what’s next. I’m particularly interested in operations and team leadership roles, as well as advisory work where I can help build strong environments & high-performing teams.
