Watched more CPG brands get killed by scaling than by failing, and it's almost always the same moment. Ads start working too well and the cash flow can't catch up. Ran it up with BREZ from $0 to $90M+ in 3+ years. Sprouts, HEB, Wegmans, Now Walmart. Deployed over $50M through ads along the way. The whole climb taught me one thing people don’t talk about until they're inside it. When you're spending hard, that money is gone the second the campaign runs. The revenue from those sales doesn't fully settle for 5-7 days. So at any given point during a real scaling stretch, there's a meaningful gap between what you've already spent and what you've collected. That gap is where brands die. The worst part is everyone else expects payment inside that gap. Co-packer wants 50% to start the next production run and the next run has to be bigger than the last because demand is bigger. 3PL invoice hits regardless of what you've collected. Payroll hits regardless. Retail orders need to ship before you see a dollar from them. The only player in the entire chain who isn't pushing is the card processor. So you end up sitting on a stack of obligations with six figures parked at Stripe and your bank balance is making you sweat even though the P&L looks great. Lived this firsthand. Came off a season staring at accounts payable that would have made most people's eyes water, and the business was winning the entire time. The cash just hadn't shown up yet. That's what scaling actually feels like from the inside, and nobody warns you. The reason no one talks about this is because it isn't sexy. No course on it. No thread on it. No clean hook in it. It's the boring math that quietly kills CPG brands at the exact moment they're winning on paper. By the time you need to think about it, it's usually already a crisis. Plan for it 60-90 days out, every time. Build the cash flow model before you need it. Know when money leaves and when it comes back. Size your credit lines or reserves for the worst week instead of the average one. This is the unsexy operational shit that decides which brands actually survive the thing they were trying to build.

Let’s set a few things straight No, we do not run any ripped creatives No, none of our top ads are ripped Anyone who knows the brand can go check our ad library. You will see nothing but our original work. We literally work with multiple of the top creative agencies in the space as well as have a full internal creative team. Shoutout @aaronmtrx @harrydelmege_ I have also given full access to our internal creative system and helped multiple 9 figure guys on here with their creatives for free. All of who could vouch I have no issue admitting we ripped a few videos when we started the brand back in June to test the product, and have talked about publicly before. Some people don’t like that, and I get it. But it is what it is No, we do not run black hat MRR. Anyone could go buy a product from our brand right now and either go straight to the portal and cancel or email our customer service team where you will be emailed a direct link to cancel your subscription within 1 minute. We don’t ask questions, we don’t try to persuade to stay etc and it has been this way for a long time Our subscriptions are setup the exact same way other brands that people dick ride here on Twitter are, and I can post examples if anybody wants. The only difference is we make it easy to cancel We also run on shopify payments and use PayPal. You think any BH operation is able to do that at scale? No is the answer Yes, our Trustpilot got fucked and our public display rating isn’t available because of a breach of guidelines. My mistake, you live and you learn Our Trustpilot score is 3.1 (not amazing but not bad) go check our reviews on shop (I think it’s 3.9 or 4 atm) again, not amazing but also not bad. Also, shop reviews are a far better judge of a business than Trustpilot Are we 100% white hat? Probably not but show me a brand that is. And I’m ok with that but I’m not ok with people that know nothing about our business spreading lies Also, we try to keep our brands private for a reason (like almost everyone on here) I would expect people with any decency to respect that. I'm giving you the HIDDEN secret to earning $2M+/year without needing any better time management apps, complicated productivity systems, or any of that shit. What you need is so stupidly simple that 99% of people will read this and still not do it. But the 1% who actually implement what I'm about to show you will completely transform their income in the next 90 days… Before we go into that, let me tell you a fact: "If you can't finish your work in 4 focused hours, you're doing the wrong work." I said that in a vlog last week and got too many people thinking what I meant by that (even you reading this right now is thinking the same lol), So now I’ll be explaining to you exactly what I'm talking about because this is the SINGLE thing that separated me from being broke, grinding 14-hour days to making $2M+ working 4 hours of actual focused work. First of all, with no ifs and buts, I want you to admit that you're not broke because you're lazy. And you're not even stuck at $100K/month because you don't know what to do. You're stuck because your attention is scattered across 50 different things at once and you've convinced yourself that being busy means you're being productive. Read that again. YOU’VE CONVINCED YOURSELF THAT BEING BUSY MEANS YOU’RE BEING PRODUCTIVE. I know this because I lived it for years, and it nearly broke me. Three years ago I was waking up at 8 AM and keeping my laptop open until midnight every single night. Jumping between Facebook Ads Manager to give feedback on UGC creator videos to answering client Slack messages to responding to Instagram DMs to tweaking ad copy at 11 PM because maybe this hook would be the one that finally worked. I was in constant motion from the moment I opened my eyes to the moment I passed out from exhaustion, and I felt like I was drowning in work every single second of every single day. And I was making $4,000 a month (lol)... Which was barely enough to cover my rent and keep the lights on. Again, as I said, the problem wasn't that I wasn't working hard enough. I was working my absolute ass off to the point where I had: - No social life - No hobbies - No time to think - No time to breathe. So what was the problem? ZERO focus. I was spending 13 hours a day on “reactive work that felt urgent in the moment but didn't actually make me any money”. Responding to messages made me feel productive because I was "staying on top of things," but it didn't bring in a single new client or improve a single campaign result. Jumping on random Zoom calls made me feel important because someone wanted my time, but most of those calls could have been a 2-minute voice note and accomplished the same thing. Tweaking ad creatives at 11 PM made me feel like I was "grinding," but I was making microscopic changes that moved the needle maybe 2% when the real problem was my offer structure was fundamentally broken and needed a complete overhaul. I was majoring in minor things and wondering why I stayed poor, and it took me hitting rock bottom financially and emotionally before I finally understood what was actually happening: (This changed everything for me, and I mean everything: my income, my energy, my mental health, my relationship, my entire life) I stopped trying to do everything at once and started protecting the one type of work that actually made me money, which is deep work on high-leverage tasks that move the business forward instead of just keeping the lights on. Creative strategy for clients spending $30K/day on Meta ads - that's deep work that makes money. Building out offer structures and funnel optimization that take conversion rates from 2% to 4% - that's deep work that makes money. Writing content that brings in $50K/month in new business - that's deep work that makes money. Responding to a client asking "hey can you check if the pixel is firing correctly" at 3 PM on a Tuesday - that's reactive work that feels urgent but doesn't make me a single dollar. Once I understood the difference between deep work and reactive work, I rebuilt my entire schedule around ONE singular principle: Protect deep work at all costs, and batch all the reactive bullshit into specific time windows where it can't contaminate the hours that actually make me rich. Let me show you what this looks like in practice because I'm not talking woo-woo bullshit here, this is my actual schedule that I follow Monday through Friday without exception. I wake up at 4:30 in the morning, and I know what you're thinking because I used to think the same thing when people told me to wake up early, "I'm a night owl, I do my best work at midnight, waking up early doesn't work for me", but here's the thing: The world is asleep at 4:30 AM and that silence is worth more than any extra hour of sleep you think you need. There are no text messages coming in at 4:30 AM because everyone you know is still in bed. There are no Slack notifications at 4:30 AM because your clients and your team haven't woken up yet. There are no "quick questions" at 4:30 AM because nobody is awake to ask them. It's just you and the work that matters, and that silence is where I win my entire day before most people even open their eyes. From 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM is my first deep work session, and this is where I do the hardest, most valuable work of my entire day. I don't check my phone during this time (...I'm not exaggerating when I say that cz I literally put my phone in a drawer in another room so I'm not even tempted to glance at it) I don't open Slack, I don't check email, I don't look at Instagram, I don't scroll Twitter for "market research". I just work on the one singular task that will make me the most money if I do it right. If the building was on fire during this 2-hour window, I would finish the sentence I'm writing and then calmly evacuate, because that's how seriously I protect this time and how deeply I understand that these 2 hours make me more money than the other 10 hours of my day combined. Then I close the laptop, go to the gym for an hour and a half, eat breakfast, drive home, and by 8:30 AM I'm ready for deep work session number two. From 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, I do another 3 hours of uninterrupted deep work on money-making tasks: more creative strategy, more funnel optimization, more client results work. On Tuesdays I film my YouTube content during this window because content creation is also deep work that requires full focus, and on Fridays I prepare my student lessons which takes about 2 and a half hours of complete concentration. By 11:30 AM, I've already completed 5 hours of deep work, which means I've already won my entire day before most people have finished their first coffee and checked their email for the third time. Everything after 11:30 AM is reactive work, and I'm completely fine with that because I've already done the work that makes me rich. From 12 PM to 1 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, I batch all of my messages and emails into this single 1-hour window: client messages, student questions, partnership inquiries, everything gets answered during this hour and only during this hour. If you message me on Tuesday or Friday, you're getting completely ghosted until the next business day, and I don't feel even a little bit bad about it because protecting my deep work time is more important than making you feel like I'm available 24/7. If you message me at 9 AM on a Wednesday, you're getting ghosted until noon, and if that bothers you then you're not the kind of client or student I want to work with anyway because you don't understand the value of focused work. From 1 PM to 5 PM every single day, that's when I take calls and meetings, and you literally cannot book a call with me before 1 PM because my calendar system won't allow it lol I've set it up so that the earliest time slot available is 1:00 PM, which forces everyone who wants my time to respect my deep work hours whether they like it or not. At 5 PM, my laptop closes and my workday is completely done, and I mean done. I'm not checking email "real quick," I'm not hopping on Slack to see if anything urgent came up, I'm not tweaking one last ad creative before bed. From 5 PM to 9 PM I do whatever the hell I want with zero guilt because I already did the work that matters. I play Call of Duty for 3 hours straight if I feel like it, I go to the gym for a second workout, I smoke a cigar at the lounge and read a book, I hang out with my girlfriend and actually be present instead of half-listening while thinking about work. And I can do all of that without feeling guilty or anxious because I know for a fact that I already put in 5 hours of deep, focused work on the tasks that make me money, which is more productive than 90% of people grinding 14-hour days will accomplish in an entire week. So what’s the takeaway? You just need to protect your deep work time like your financial future depends on it, because it does. Four hours of deep, focused, uninterrupted work on the right thing will make you richer than 14 hours of scattered "hustle" across 50 different tasks. But you have to build a system that forces you to focus even when you don't feel like it, even when messages are piling up, even when clients are asking for "quick updates," even when your brain is telling you to just check Instagram for 2 minutes. Wake up early enough that the world is quiet and you have 2-4 hours of uninterrupted time before anyone else wakes up. Protect those hours with your life - no phone, no messages, no email, no Slack, no distractions of any kind - just you and the work that makes you money. Batch all reactive work into specific windows later in the day when your focus is already spent anyway: messages at noon, calls after lunch, administrative tasks in the afternoon. Close your laptop at a specific time and actually be done for the day so you can recharge and show up fresh tomorrow morning. If you fall off the schedule because life happens, don't quit - just adjust based on what actually works for your reality and get back on it immediately. Do this for 90 days without exception and your entire life will change. I've watched it happen for students who were stuck at $50K/year and hit $200K within 6 months, for clients who plateaued at $100K/month and scaled to $500K/month, and for myself when I went from broke and scattered to focused and building real wealth. The world will fight for your attention every single day with notifications and messages and emergencies and distractions, and most people will lose that fight because they don't understand what's at stake. But you're not most people, and you're not going to lose this fight because you finally understand that your focused attention is the only competitive advantage you have in a world where everyone else is distracted. Protect it. Guard it. Build your entire life around it. And watch what happens.
