@sadaplays My wife introduced me to a mushroom based coffee. I couldn’t have been more skeptical. It has very similar effects to what you described, I was pleasantly surprised.

@sadaplays I'm not stressed anymore. My hair is growing back and getting thicker. I've been drastically improving my mental and physical health the last few years, no meds or therapists, just a lot of outdoors, eating healthier and working out. 🤣👌

@AtlanteanFuture Really had a significant effect on me , feel so much more focused and nice mood , maybe it could be good for people with adhd.
