I had this idea today 👇 When your phone dies, gets lost, or you leave it at home your M-Pesa is basically unusable. What if there was an 'offline mode' with a small amount limit + one-time codes so you can still pay without your phone? Useful or unnecessary? @SafaricomPLC

They finally responded, they heard you… hopefully they’ll simplify the app or just separate it! @SafaricomPLC let us have a choice or as your slogan implies, let’s decide which is the better option. We just want the old app with a few improvements, i.e: it’s great to be able to monitor the data usage without having to keep requesting for the balance. This new one feels like supermarket for other businesses.

@SafaricomPLCim I’m very sorry to say this, but your new M-pesa app is extremely horrible…. simple put. Please return the old format, the new version is not legible or user friendly at all. It’s like a mess of rainbow colors and too much going on, on one app. Text front, too small… it’s just horrible. @Safaricom_Care #Mpesa
