Hi @Halfords_uk . I've paid not much shy of 1k over the last two years for servicing for my car. There's an issue now (not your fault) where I need your help. All I need is the service records to be annotated with parts numbers and oil type used. This is a ten minute job.

When will someone talk to me @Halfords_uk ? Yesterday I was told today. Emails are not being answered unless followed up with a phone call, to be told no we can't help you. DMs are leading nowhere.

All I want to do is talk to someone who can then annotate my service records to try to help me avoid an 8k bill for a new engine. To be told this is not possible and to have to ask @Halfords_uk repeatedly over a course of weeks is not acceptable customer service.
