@QuickRidein - Team, on 16 May I had called customer care spoke to Ms Raveena and then also raised ticket #1592527 for multiple issues related to vehicle, toll and route.Send follow up mail but no response. Very disappointed with service.Kindly look into this at earliest.

Hi @BBMPCares @blrcitytraffic team , Expansion joints at Sarjapur flyover -ORR are not at road level and uneven. Causing slow moving traffic and may cause accident..Request you to look into it.

@MobiKwikSWAT - Dear Mobikwik, Recently I made transaction on 18 Jan 2022in MedPlus App. Tried to make payment through Mobikwik app by UPI. Amount was deducted from bank but never reached MedPlus. Complaint this issue while Google Playstore as well as send mail. No one reverted.
