Escalation: Unfair Practices & Poor Support by @Swiggy @SwiggyCares @jagograhakjago

I’m raising this issue after a very frustrating experience with Swiggy that highlights serious problems in their support and delivery process.
I placed an order showing a delivery time of 40 minutes when i was ordering it . After ordering it is showing 85mins I tried to cancel less then a 1min.
What followed was extremely disappointing:
The AI chatbot delayed my request for ~10 minutes with irrelevant responses
Then a customer support agent took another 5 minutes without resolving the issue
Finally, I was told the cancellation window is over, and I would be charged the full amount
This delay was entirely due to Swiggy’s own system
Yet, the customer is penalized for it
Additional Concern – Misleading Call Attempts
Another serious issue I observed:
Support team seem to give just 1 ring (half a second and disconnect
Then it is marked as “customer not picking the call”
This feels like an attempt to shift blame onto customers and avoid accountability.
If true, this is a highly concerning practice and needs immediate investigation.

Inefficient AI + support delays
Lack of accountability
Misleading communication practices

I request a proper review of this case, a fair refund, and improvements in the support system so other customers don’t face the same issue.
Customers should not be penalized for system delays or questionable practices.
